THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
The Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) Program Management Office (PMO), Baghdad, Iraq has a requirement for Generating Sets, including diesel engine and generator, common base, container type, operation and control board and cables, main feeder change over switch and 24 hour fuel tank capacity. This action is unrestricted and provides for full and open competition. A Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract under FAR Part 12 ? Acquisition of Commercial Items is contemplated. The proposed solicitation number is W914NS-04-R-0135. The solicitation will be posted no later than 6 April 04.
