THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD A FIXED PRICE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT ( IDIQ ) TYPE CONTRACT BASE YEAR AND 1 OPTION FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS.
