1. Payment by Letter of Credit 80% paid at site and the remaining 20% after arrival and acceptance .

2. Prices must be CIF Baghdad in U.S. dollars. The offer must break out separately Cost, Insurance and Freight.

4. The seller should specify the route, method of shipment, exporting country & entry point.

6. The mailing address of beneficiary with fax, telephone NO. , e-mail, &bank information should be stated in the offer.

8. Products must be received with at least two thirds of the shelf life validity except those with shelf life one year or less it should be newly prepared or received with 90% validity left.

9. Good To Be Shipped Within Agreed Period Otherwise Seller Should Pay To The Buyer A Penalty Equals to 1 % Of The Total Value Of Delayed quantity Per Each Month Or a Portion Of it .

10. Any Item That Fails In Analysis During It Shelf Life Is To Be Replaced By Seller.

12. Lot/Batch No, expiration date, and manufacturer Date & route of administration Must Printed on Each pack.

13. The seller should Dispatch Items in refrigerated Trucks specially products which need to cold storage.

15. The Seller Is Responsible To Compensate The Buyer For Any Shortage Or Missing Items Or Items Which Dose Not Comply With The Specifications Agreed upon In The order.

16. The seller should Dispatch standard reference substance With Method of Analysis for All Items ordered in the Contract Together with 1^st Consignment of the Awarded Order.

17. The Seller Should submit a Certificate Stating That Items Are Free From Aids( HIV )Or Any Other Infection Factors Which Transmitted Through Blood & Its Derivatives Through Which Method Test Are Available To Be Revealed Using The Most Necessary Updating Methods .

18. Cold Chain Monitor Should Windows A – B – C – D White ( No Change ) Should Be Included In Each Box Of 3000 Does If The Consignment Is More Than 3000 Dose ,And It Should Be Included In Each Batch If The Consignment Is Less Than 3000 Does & in case the Cold Chain Monitor is not available or its windows changed , the Consignment returned & the supplier Compensate the buyer with another goods for being not Complied with the Required Specification Of W.H.O set conditions of transference of the vaccine and serum .

19. Cold Chain Monitor Should Be Included With The Standard Reference Substances.

20. The No. Of The Doses Must Be Complied With The Requirement Of Usage Multi – Dose Vaccine Vial Taking In Consideration Adding Additional Volume To The Registered Volume To Avoid Loss In No. Of Doses upon Usage (Overfill).

21.The seller should Dispatch standard calibrators With Method of Analysis for All Items ordered in the Contract Together with 1^st Consignment of the Awarded Order.
