Description

The Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) Contracting Office, Baghdad, Iraq has a requirement for Support Base Camps at four   &nbspnew Iraqi military bases in Iraq.   &nbspThe requirement includes, but is not limited to:   &nbspfire protection; base motor pool; food services; laundry services; morale, welfare and recreation services; clothing issue; retail outlet; barber services; and postal services.   &nbspThe bases will be An Numaniyah, Talil, Tal Afar and Karkuk.   &nbspThe solicitation number is W914NS-04-R-0151.   &nbspThis action is unrestricted and provides for full and open competition.   &nbspThe awarded contract will be a Cost-plus-fixed-fee type contract under FAR Part 15 ?Contracting By Negotiation       &nbspThe Government expects to conduct a pre-solicitation site visit and may conduct post-solicitation site visits.     &nbspThese visits will be to all four bases. The dates for these visits will be announced to the public on fedbizopps at later date.   &nbspThe Government expects to include at least one option (with the possibility of more) for out-year support.   &nbspThe solicitation will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 10 Mar 04.
