Description

This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only, and a separate written solicitation W914NS-04-Q-0148 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 2 Mar 2004. &nbspThe contractor must be able to provide and supervise economic surveyors (economists) resident throughout Iraq in order that these economists produce surveys and studies on all aspects of Iraq?s economy. &nbspThe contractor will also provide financial and administrative support and support personnel to the economists as required throughout the country. &nbspThe Government requires implementation within 30 days after award date of contract. Delivery: FOB Destination to Republican Presidential Compound, Baghdad, Iraq. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. Requests for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued to all respondents to this synopsis. The solicitation can be viewed online at http://fedbizopps.gov. &nbspRFQ response offers can be emailed to cpa_contracting_acti@orha.centcom.mil .
