The contractor will administer a small grants program involving both U.S. and local organizations.   &nbspThe focus of this program will seek to improve the quality of education throughout Iraq and to support parent and community organizations.   &nbspThe Education II contract will include the procurement of supplies and equipment.   &nbspThe contractor shall be responsible for deploying rapidly to the region and expect to be operational in a short time-frame.

The period of performance for this contract is estimated to be two (2) years from the date of award of the contract.   &nbspNAIC:   &nbsp61 Educational Services.
