This requirement was originally solicited by the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA)Contracting Office, Baghdad, Iraq under Solicitation Number W914NS-04-R-0103. &nbspThe Solicitation was transferred to Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC), via Am endment 0001. &nbspNRCC's Solicitation Number W911S0-04-R-0005 supercedes the CPA's Solicitation Number W914NS-04-R-0103. &nbspThe closing date has been extended to March 26, 2004. &nbspThe Pre-Proposal Conference remains scheduled for March 9, 2004 @ 10:00 A.M. &nbspAmen dment 0003 will be published in FedBizOpps March 5, 2004 which will provide the new Solicitation, Sections B - M. &nbspAs there was a posting problem between ASFI and FedBizOpps for Amendment 0002 of Solicitation W911S0-04-R-0005, the contents of that Amendmen t are provided as follows for informational purposes: &nbspW911S0-04-R-0005 AMENDMENT 0002 - &nbspA. &nbspDue to the reassignment and redirection of this Solicitation/Contract action from the CPA-Contracting Activity (Bag hdad, Iraq), to the Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) Fort Eustis, Virginia, it is anticipated that a majority of the current Solicitation (Number W914NS-04-R-0103), will be changed (i.e., Sections B, I, J, K, L & M). It is anticipated that issuanc e of the Amendment which changes the above mentioned Solicitation Sections will occur on or prior to Monday March 8, 2004. Minor changes may also occur with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and if so, will be identified in the upcoming Amendment. B. &nbspCPA Contracting Activity Solicitation Number W914N2-04-R-0103 is replaced by NRCC Solicitation Number W911S0-04-R-0005. C. &nbspThe closing date is extended to March 26, 2004. &nbspD. &nbspAll firms interested in attending the Pre-Proposal Conference scheduled for March 9, 2004 &nbspmay attend with a limit of two (2) attendees per firm. &nbspPlease submit, in writing via e-mail, the names of attendees to the Contracting Officer??????s representa tive, Debi Adams at Debi.Adams@eustis.army.mil by 10:00 A.M. on Mar 8, 2004. &nbspIndicate whether or not proposed attendees are U. S. citizens. &nbspNo recording devices of any kind are permissible. &nbspE. &nbspDirections to Ft Eustis from Washington, DC and Richmond, VA are as follows: &nbspInterstate 95 to Interstate 64 East &nbsptake Exit 250A (Fort Eustis Blvd) &nbspUpon entering Ft Eustis, get in right hand lane. &nbspYou will need to enter &nbspthe Visitor??????s Center and obtain a ??????one day pass.?????? &nbspA driver??????s license and &nbspvehicle registration are required in order to obtain the ??????one day pass.?????? &nbspOnce you exit the Visitor??????s Center, you will be on Washington Ave. &nbspContinue &nbspstraight on Washington Ave to the very end (approximately 2 miles) &nbspAt the end of Washington Ave, take a left onto Madison. &nbspContinue on Madison around the bend. &nbspThere are 2 Harrison Loop &nbspentrances; take the second entrance into the parking lot. &nbspThe Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) will be in the NE corner once &nbspyou enter into the large parking lot. &nbspThe Center is located in the last 3 &nbspbuildings. &nbspPlease enter using the canopied entrance. &nbspTake a left upon entering the building and check in at the receptionist??????s &nbspdesk.
