This proposed acquisition is for a requirements contract which will be segregated into five (5) program periods with orders to be issued one or more times as requirements materialize.    

However, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period.

The known quantity is 767, and the maximum quantity is 1566.

This is a 100% S mall Business Set-Aside.

This requirement requires one (1) each, first article submitted for testing.

Destination to be furnished.      

Delivery Schedule 360 days after contract award.    

90 days for delivery of first article,

90 days testing and 180 days for delivery of production quantity.    

Delivery Schedule without first article,

180 days after contract award.        

All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.

The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.        

By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
