THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. LINE ITEM PRICES SHALL INCLUDE COSTS FOR FOB DESTINATION (SHIPPING TO IRAQ)AND STANDARD COMMERCIAL WARRANTIES. Deliveries shall be required 30 days after issue of delivery order. Delivery in less than 30 days after issuance of delivery order is desired; offeror shall propose delivery schedule. The Contracting Officer will evaluate quotes on the basis of information furnished by the offer or offeror identified in the offer and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.216-1 Type of Contract, the Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract, with delivery information and quantities to be stated on each delivery order. Acceptance will be specified in each delivery order. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.212-2 Evaluation ?
